The tallest class the breed recognizes

XL American Bully Puppies

XL American Bully puppies raised in my house in Sedona, Arizona, and sold by the person who bred them.

Measure an XL at the withers and a male comes in at 20 to 23 inches, a female 19 to 22. Nothing else about him is different: same breed, same temperament, same standard. XL is a height, not another kind of dog.

Here right now

Each XL below is standing here in Sedona today, raised under my roof and photographed as he is.

XL American Bully for sale, whichever way you typed it

XL American Bully for sale. American XL bully puppies. American Bully XL breeders near me. Those are all the same search, and they all land on the same litter. The thing that separates this page from the listing sites you have already clicked through is simple. I bred these dogs and I can tell you about each one, because I watched them grow up in my kitchen.

Who an XL is actually for

Let me be straight with you. An XL is a lot of dog. A grown male runs seventy pounds and up, which means a bigger crate, a bigger food bill and real strength on the other end of the lead. If you have the room and you have handled a heavy breed before, there is nothing finer. If this is your first big dog, I would want to talk it through with you first.

Planning the first year matters more than the sticker on the puppy. Food, the neuter, a crate that fits the adult and a couple of vet visits all scale with the size of the animal. I set the XL figures out in full here.

Temperament is the whole point

A sound XL is confident, settled and glued to his people. The standard treats aggression toward humans as a disqualifying fault, not a quirk to overlook, and that is exactly the temperament I breed toward. Size comes second to that, always.

Not sure XL is the one?

Want the look without the footprint? A standard is the same dog three inches down. Pocket drops shorter still. And if a seller has waved the word XXL at you, read that page before you agree to pay extra for a letter.

Plenty of people call this dog an XL bully rather than an American Bully, and that page lists the very same puppies. Still weighing up which class fits your home? Every puppy I have for sale sits on one page here, and the figures for each age are laid out on the puppy price page.

The health side, and a vet you can call yourself

Before any puppy leaves me it is seen by Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic here in Sedona. That visit is dated on the written record you carry home, and the clinic’s number is on the page so you can ring and confirm it.

The shots start with DHPP, then a booster and canine influenza at ten weeks. Worming runs every two weeks from two weeks of age. All of it is written down and travels with the dog. The protocol, step by step.

I do not screen the parents and I will not pretend I do. What happens is a general veterinary check plus my own eyes on the litter every day from birth. No breeder can honestly promise a dog free of every inherited condition, so I don’t.
