American Bully for Sale, $700

One flat figure for every puppy I raise, whatever its class and whatever its color. This page is the full account of how it can be that low and what that low number does not mean.

Every American Bully for sale here is $700. Not $700 for the small ones and extra for the XL. Not $700 until it turns out blue. Not $700 with a papers fee, a health fee or a hold fee added at the close. One figure, all 10 puppies, and delivery is the only line quoted on its own.

The honest arithmetic behind $700

When the same-looking dog is advertised for three thousand elsewhere, a $700 price makes people ask what got cut. Nothing that reaches the dog did. Here is where the gap actually goes.

  • No overhead to recover. I raise the litters in my own home. There is no boarding facility, no staff, no handler, no show schedule and no ad spend. At a larger kennel those are genuine costs stacked under a three thousand dollar tag. They are not costs I have, so they are not in the price.
  • No middleman. You buy straight from the person who raised the puppy. Brokers and listing sites take a real margin, and dealing direct deletes it.
  • One price, set for the program. I price on the program rather than on the individual puppy, so what you pay is $700, and I will tell you plainly why I set it there rather than higher. What that looks like for an XL.

What the $700 still covers

All the parts that matter are in the figure, not stripped out of it.

  • A vet exam. Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic in Sedona examines each puppy before it leaves, with the dates on the health record.
  • Shots on schedule. DHPP, covering distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza and parvovirus. At ten weeks, dhpp booster and canine influenza. Every two weeks from two weeks old until ten weeks old.
  • The written record, dated, traveling with the puppy.
  • The upbringing. Puppies are handled from birth and raised in the house with the family, so they grow up used to people around them and, in particular, used to children.
  • The lifetime takeback. I’ll take back any dog I’ve bred, at any point in its life, with no time limit and no questions asked.

Now the part a low price does not cover, told to you up front rather than discovered later. I do not screen or certify the parents. No hip scoring, no formal genetic panel, no certification, which is also true at plenty of kennels charging five times this. What you do get is a general vet exam and daily watching from birth by the person who raised the litter. If a certified pedigree program is the thing you are after, buy one, from a program that actually runs it.

A fair worry: is $700 a mill price?

Worth meeting head on, because the link is not crazy. High-volume operations really do compete on price, so a low number alone cannot clear anyone.

The tells that actually matter are all checkable, and not one of them is the price.

  • How many litters. A mill keeps many females producing without pause. This is one kennel with occasional litters. Ask me the yearly number and you get it straight.
  • Where the puppies sleep. In the house, with their mother, which you can confirm on a video call.
  • Who answers you. Not a sales line and not a form. Me.
  • The takeback. Any dog I have bred, back at any point in its life. It is the costliest promise on this site and the one no seller itemizes.
  • A named vet. Listed above with the address and phone, precisely so you can call and check.

Put all five to me. Then put the same five to the kennel asking three thousand, and compare who answers without flinching.
