Privacy Policy
The information this website takes in, my reasons for taking it, how long it stays on file, and the way to have it erased. Last updated 16 August 2026.
The only personal information this site holds is what you choose to type into the contact form, alongside the ordinary anonymous visit counts. I never sell it, I hand none of it to advertisers, and no outside tracker runs here apart from Google Analytics. Want yours gone? Write to majesticamericanbullies@gmail.com and I will remove it.
Who I am
I am Greg Harpson, and Majestic American Bully is the one-person breeding operation I run from Sedona, Arizona 86336, in the United States.

What I collect
Details you choose to send
Submit the contact form and I receive your name, your email address, a telephone number if you enter one, the state you live in, the puppy you are enquiring about, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing beyond those fields is requested or stored, except for a timestamp, the originating IP address and the user-agent string your browser reports. Those last two exist for one purpose, spotting and turning away automated spam.
Details gathered on their own
Google Analytics 4 runs here to tally visits and show which pages get read. It drops cookies and notes a rough location, the kind of device, the browser and the pages opened. None of that tells me who you personally are. Where no measurement ID has been set up, the analytics script simply never loads.
Page fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address each time a page renders. No other outside party is in the picture.
Why I collect it
- Form submissions: so I can reply to your enquiry and, should you go on to buy a puppy, keep a record of the sale and remain in contact about the dog.
- Analytics: so I can see which pages earn their place and which do not.
- IP address and user-agent: purely to keep spam out. That and nothing more.
Your details never feed advertising, I assemble no profiles, and I run no retargeting of any kind.
Who I share it with
No one, apart from three limited cases:
- The company that hosts the site, which by definition holds the site and the data on it.
- Google, for the analytics and the fonts set out above.
- A transport company, when you buy a puppy that has to be delivered. It gets your name, address and phone number, since a dog cannot be brought to you otherwise.
Your information is never sold on, full stop. It does not go to rival breeders, to listing sites, or to any marketing firm.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere: erased inside 24 months.
- Records of a sale: held for as long as the dog lives, because I take any dog I have bred back at any time and I have to know whose it was.
- Analytics: held by Google on its own timetable, 14 months at present.
Your rights
Wherever in the world you happen to live, you may ask me to:
- Tell you exactly what I have on file about you
- Fix anything recorded wrongly
- Erase it
- Stop getting in touch
Just email majesticamericanbullies@gmail.com. It gets done, and I will not press you for a reason. People in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and the other states with privacy laws hold these rights by statute. I give the same to everybody, because running one rule for some visitors and another for the rest would be pointless.
Cookies
The site itself places no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own so it can tell a return visit from a first one. Block or clear them from your browser and nothing here behaves any differently. Most browsers carry a blanket opt-out too, and Google offers an add-on that shuts Analytics off completely.
Children
None of this is aimed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly take in anything from them. If you think a child has sent something through, tell me and I will delete it.
Security
Every page is delivered over HTTPS, and form submissions land in a folder the server keeps off-limits to the public. Even so, no way of sending data across the internet is ever entirely safe, and I would sooner admit that than pretend the opposite.
Never put card numbers, bank details or ID documents into the contact form. It was not made to carry them.
Changes
Should this policy be revised, the date up top is revised with it. Anything significant gets flagged here, not slipped in unannounced.
