American Bully Puppies for Sale in Pennsylvania
Raised underfoot in my house in Sedona, Arizona, and brought to Pennsylvania by road. Every puppy is vet checked before it sets off and the price is the same across the litter.
I am in Sedona, Arizona, and not in Pennsylvania, and saying that plainly beats dressing this page up as though I kept a kennel around the corner from you. Winter across the Alleghenies moves dates rather than routes. A flight nanny into Philadelphia or Pittsburgh is a day door to door.
Your two routes into Pennsylvania
By road it is 3 to 4 days, 2,100 to 2,300 miles handled in a temperature-controlled vehicle with breaks built in along the way.
By flight nanny it is a single day. One person carries the puppy in the cabin and meets you at the gate. Honestly, at this range most Pennsylvania families go with the nanny, and if it were my own dog I would do the same.
Whichever you pick, a cargo hold is off the table. There is no version of this where I agree to it.
The cost of a puppy delivered to Pennsylvania
The price sits on each puppy’s card and on the price page, and it holds steady across the litter. Tell me roughly where in Pennsylvania you are and I will give you the one figure that applies, with nothing quietly tacked on afterward.
See the price and what the first year truly costs, which reaches well beyond the puppy.
Pennsylvania preempts, and licenses every year
The Pennsylvania Dog Law preempts breed-specific municipal ordinances, so a borough or township in the state cannot ban an American Bully. Its dangerous dog provisions run on individual findings, which is the right way around.
Pennsylvania does require an annual license for every dog over three months old, pulled from your county treasurer, and it is genuinely easy to miss when a dog has arrived from out of state and nobody handed you a form. It is cheap and there is a penalty for going without, so put it on the first-week list.
Ordinances shift over time and none of this is legal advice. If you want to read the statute for yourself, the state-by-state dog law tables at Michigan State University are the collection to start from. Whatever your state has decided, the two things worth getting in writing before you commit are your own city or county code and your landlord, association or insurer, since a private rule answers to none of the state law above. Say the word and I will hold a puppy while you confirm it.
Where the restriction really comes from
In Philadelphia and Pittsburgh the obstacle is almost never the city. It is the insurer. Several major homeowner and renter carriers still exclude pit bull type dogs by name in their policy language, and Pennsylvania does not forbid that. If you own, call your carrier and ask in so many words; if the answer is an exclusion, there are carriers who do not exclude and switching is far easier than finding out after a claim.
Winter across the Alleghenies moves my delivery dates rather than my routes. Most Pennsylvania buyers at this range take the flight nanny into Philadelphia or Pittsburgh in any case, which is a day door to door against three or four on the road.
Places in Pennsylvania I have carried puppies to
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Erie, among others. A town that is not on that list changes nothing at all: the route runs the same way and the puppy is still handed over at your door.
Before it travels, every puppy is checked over by Bell Rock Veterinary Clinic in Sedona and leaves with a written health record. I do not screen or certify the parents and I make no such claim. What I actually do · What comes with your puppy · Sales policy
